1.          The American Express I.T Cashback Credit Card and I.T CLAN membership discounts are not applicable for the purchase of e-Gift Cards, but the discounts are applicable to the items purchases with the e-Gift Card.

2.          In relation to Bonus Points and I.T CLAN Memberships:

· Bonus Points are not applicable to purchase e-Gift Cards;

· Bonus Points cannot be earned upon purchase of e-Gift Cards;

· Bonus Points can be earned for purchases made with e-Gift Cards;

· The purchase of e-Gift Cards cannot be accumulated for an upgrade in membership tier

3.          The e-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash. Exchanges or refunds are not allowed. However, the Gift Card balance may be applied for future purchases before expiring.

4.          If the total cost of your purchase is more than the value of the e-Gift Card, you will have to pay the remaining amount when making the purchase.

5.          The e-Gift Card is not rechargeable, meaning no additional value can be added after it has been activated.

6.          The e-Gift Card cannot be refunded. However, items purchased by using the e-Gift Card are eligible for refunds,such the refunded amount will be credited back to the e-Gift Card.

7.          The e-Gift Card can only be re-activated once due to the purpose of refunds. In the event of activating the same more than once, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.

8.         The e-Gift Card is valid for 12-months from the date of activation. Any remaining balance will be forfeited without further notice upon expiration.

9.     The e-Gift Card must be activated within 14 days from the date of purchase. For inquiries, please contact our Customer Service at service.hk@iteshop.com.

11.     You are responsible for the usage and safety of the e-Gift Card. I.T Group shall not be liable for any errors or issues in the sale transactions made using the e-Gift Card.

12.     I.T Group reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, I.T Group’s decision will be final and conclusive.

13.     Activation of the e-Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the terms & conditions.

14.     The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese version of the terms & conditions.
