1. As an I.T Clan member, you must agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and provide us with your personal data for registration purposes. You will be solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness in the I.T Clan registration.
2. Only registered I.T Clan members shall have access to the member section of ITeSHOP and Wechat.
3. You may register to become an I.T Clan member in the participating channels. Details can be found under “I.T Clan Membership Program”.
4. To receive the latest promotional information and brand updates, I.T Clan members may be requested to provide personal data such as, but are not limited to your name, contact phone number, and email address. After registration, you may be required to provide complete personal information such as the birth month to enjoy more membership benefits (such as birthday discount, etc.). You have the right not to provide the above information, but incomplete personal details may affect membership benefits, or unable to us to accept your membership.
Each I.T Clan member can only register under one username in the participating channels. If you have changed your phone number, please contact customer service through I.T e-commerce customer service line at 400 101 9900 or the WeChat membership customer service line at 400 188 8060 or email customer service at itclan@ithk.com to amend. If you have lost your username or password, you may follow the reset procedures on this website.

1. I.T Clan members are entitled to special discounts, exclusive details of such offers, the latest brand information, as well as other promotional offers.
2. I.T Clan members are entitled to a year-round discount on regular priced products (limited to Influencer, Fashionista, Guru and Fashion King), member benefits and Bonus Points. Vouchers and discount coupons shall be used subject to their respective terms and conditions set by I.T. No return and refund will be accepted for special promotions offered by I.T.
3. I.T Clan memberships are not transferrable.
4. To enjoy I.T Clan benefits, please inform our staff upon payment in the participating offline stores or sign into your account upon checkout on ITeSHOP. If you check out as a guest in the participating channels, you will not be entitled to such benefits.
5. You are reminded to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, account information, credit card details, and delivery particulars. I.T shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise from your failure to properly protect your username, password, account information, credit card details, and delivery particulars.
6. I.T Group may at any time vary, update, cancel or replace any arrangements regarding the I.T Clan Program due to changes in laws and regulations, protection of consumer rights and interests, adjustment of membership programs or services, etc. I.T Group will inform members by (a) email, (b) SMS, (c) ITeSHOP, or (d) Participating offline stores of the change or variations or amendments.
7. I.T Clan members must comply with the laws and regulations, all the mechanisms set by I.T and the Terms and Conditions herein. I.T may at any time suspend, withhold, cancel or terminate your registration, login and / or I.T Clan membership if we reasonably believe that you have caused any breach of any applicable laws or any Terms and Conditions of this website. Under these circumstances, you will not be able to enjoy any of the I.T Clan benefits herein and your earned Bonus Points will be forfeited. I.T shall exercise this discretion reasonably, but such is final and binding on you.
8. I.T Group reserves the right to update membership details without prior notice. For the most updated information, please contact our Customer Service.

1. I.T Clan members can only earn Bonus Points upon net spending in the participating channels.
2. Please refer to “What is a Bonus Point?” to learn about Bonus Points.
3. Should your purchase in the participating channels involve decimal places, the number will be rounded down to the nearest unit to become your actual Bonus Point.
4. Bonus Points are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged into cash.
5. For all cancelled transactions or refunded products, no Bonus Points will be earnt for the corresponding transaction or product. The corresponding Bonus Points will be deduced from your I.T Clan account accordingly.

The validity period of Insider is permanent while the validity period of Influencer, Fashionista, Guru and Fashion King memberships commence when customers successfully become I.T Clan members and expire on the last day of the calendar month of the 1st anniversary (for example, if the membership becomes effective on 10th October 2022, then it shall expire on 31st October 2023). For Influencer, Fashionista, Guru and Fashion King, the effective date is the 2nd day or 9th day respectively on which customers have met the corresponding spending requirements in the participating offline stores or on ITeSHOP. More details can be found in the “I.T Clan Membership Program”.

The validity period of Bonus Points commences from the Bonus Points effective date and expires on the last day of the calendar month of the 1st anniversary. Bonus Points will be credited to your I.T Clan account on the 2nd day after the designated spending requirement has been met in the participating offline stores or on the 9th day after the designated spending requirement has been met on ITeSHOP, which will become the Bonus Points effective date. Bonus Points can be redeemed and accumulated within the Bonus Points validity period. All expired and unused Bonus Points cannot be used. More details can be found in the “Reward points”.

1. You are bound by the provisions of this I.T Clan program once you have registered as our I.T Clan member.
2. If any provision herein shall be illegal, void or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
3. I.T reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You may request to cancel your I.T Clan membership if you do not agree with such variations or amendments. You will be deemed to have agreed with such variations, updates, and amendments if you do not send us a request.
4. By joining this I.T Clan program, you shall give us some personal data and agree that I.T Group will collect and apply your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Hong Kong under your authorization.
5. You hereby confirm that you have read and confirmed all the contents and terms of this I.T Clan program and Privacy Policy.
